Avaliação da contribuiçãoI made an online order of two pizzas, a filled pepperoni and the other a regular Hawaiian, a zesty cheesy bread and a crazy sauce. The workers are hanging around the back of their phones when I got in. When I got the front counter attention, they acted like a was released and rude when I asked about the sauce. When I came home, I opened the pizzas and realized that the Hawaiian slipped all the toppings on the side and basically cooked on the cardboard. The paprika was soaked in fat that the soil was completely wounded. I called her back. The worker was polite on the phone and agreed to remake the pizzas. I checked the pizzas when I came to my car and found that both were under and the pepperoni hardly had a cheese on it. I feel like they're upset that they had to give the pizzas back. I'm very upset and honestly never will be here again. It's not the first time I had problems with this place.
Everyone had no good time. 1 man had placed his order an hour ago and then after standing at the switch for 20 more minutes got his order. Another girl had thrown away his recording then the staff treated him terrible when he asked for his only pizza. I and my roommate ordered a pizza 10 minutes, then had to go up 20 minutes later and ask if it was just to be said that it was burned and they just cooked it. 2 of the boys tried to be helpful, but seemed childish young and attentive. Then every girl's staff at the front was quiet, rude and just didn't seem to care for 6 customers waiting for 20 minutes. That's my third time and every time was worse than the last.
Half a pep half cheese. He said 10 minutes, it should be ready. I went up to the window 15 minutes later and he asked me to park in front and wait because they threw barley into the oven. Everything while they laugh about their own mistakes?. I didn't offer anything to waste my time. I went to Papa Murphy instead. If I'll wait, an order with them could also wait until it bakes in my own oven.
So obviously not, except for a gourmet experience of Little Caesars, but that was just terrible. I ordered in the app and chose the drive by option. When I arrived, the line was long and blocked traffic in the mall, so I decided to park and go. Inside there was a disorganized group of people standing around and I had no idea who was on order and who just picked up food. The employees seemed confused and uncertain about how to deal with things. I could finally get someone's attention and get my pizza. When I got it home, it was somehow overhauled and undercut. Honestly, if I don't blame people. They all seemed like overwhelmed children with little to no training that are not paid enough. I blame the management and property of this business that they don't prepare their employees well enough to do it right.
I Was just there an hour ago. the staff is really young and don?t have the best customer service. I wasn?t even done with my order and the girl in the drive through window was already cutting me off and telling me to come around the drive thru again in 10min. I had ordered ranch and I know it cost money and she didn?t even add it on the bill but she continued to ?shoo? me off. She didn?t hand me the receipt so When I went back another staff gave me my order and charged me again as far as I know for the ranch that was supposed to be in the initial bill. They roll their eyes as if it?s the customers fault that they have to work. Management should require mandatory modules for employees to review before being placed as a cashier and attending customers. I was having a great day but their bad moods turned my day around. I kept manners and even apologized for asking for the ranch that I ordered. The food was good and well cooked I just really wish there was a better interaction.
