We stayed last night in this pizzeria, in the historic center of Salerno, led by two brothers Angelo and Alessandro. The family run is breathed immediately, the magical atmosphere of the alleys of the historic center transport you in a magical reality well different from the chaos of the city, and yet we were just a stone's throw from the Salento movida. The pizzas are the TOP, from classics to excellence, passing through gourmets almost seems to travel between the flavors and traditions of our lands. The products are all fresh and of first quality and the exceptional taste of the dough confirm the many years experience in the field of Angelo, not by chance rewarded as one of the three best pizzaioli in Italy. Dulcis in fundo the account, accustomed to that of Roman pizzerias, seemed very inferior to the quality of the products and the service offered. What to say, from now on it will be my obligatory stage in that of Salerno. I don't recommend it, the weirdo for those who like me love to eat not the usual pizzas.

We went through the streets of the Old Town. We decide to eat a pizza, it is we stopped by Soul Verace casually. And I can say it was a good discovery. Perfect pizza with products of excellence fast and precise service. Perfect price quality. Congratulations. Very recommended.
I often travel, I love pizza, I also do it by trade, and I tell you that you will hardly find a quality like this. Angelo Attianese demonstrates that he deserves his national title by taking care of his product from the beginning to the end, with a tiring handmade dough, an accurate and refined choice of local ingredients and a careful and precise cooking. He always knows exactly what he does. I think it's the only flaw. I love you! Our cuffs here took place in the middle of a pleasant course crossed by people who walked, in the frame of the historic center of Salerno. We look forward to coming back! !
