Avaliação da contribuiçãoThe young lady on the register was very rude, we ordered on line and they gave us a time of 6:10pm on 12/3/2022 we left home at 6:10pm and when arriving at 6:20pm food wasn?t ready and the lady on the register attempted to help us then just called another lady the finally found our order after talking with her for another 15 minutes then she left and went in the back and came back out and begin doing our order of 4 3 bowls and a burrito another 10minutes past then she gave our order to the lady on the register our food and I asked the lady for chips and she said Nope (in an unpolite manner) and said for $1.97 being very rude so I said we called an order in and they didn?t do, so I just left, when arriving home and began eating to bowls had crunchy rice uncooked mixed with cooked all thru 2 bowls.
Normally this restaurant has everything in order. However this trip there's no ice in ice machine no tea. And tables haven't been wipe down. The lady making the burritos was too busy making a burrito order that either been called in or was waiting to go out while making mine. The table where they make the burritos is all covered in rice and sour cream. looking into the Cook Area there's food all over the floor there's containers with the lids open. where they keep the chips on that wall where you check out there's food all over the floor. I only see four staff members. 2 which seem to actually be cooking and the other two just standing around when no one's at the counter. I don't know where the manager is or the owner but they need to come get this store back in check
As a dasher, my customers depend on me to get their food to them in a timely matter and look presentable. When cashier throws the food up at you and waits on other orders it is not cool
Barley anything there, was a new guy so I was gonna let it slide but the other person looked right at it and put the lid on ?
The manager is rude and it constantly acting as if he is paying for the food. I simply asked for a side of sour cream he then proceeded to tell his employee that?s too much. The cup wasn?t even full. I just would?ve appreciated his tone being better with his employe. There is a time and place and correcting her in that way was not appropriate. It?s just sour cream I wouldn?t have minded paying for it. He needs to use a better approach next time. As a customer I do not like that she was talked to and that I witness him being that ignorant over sour cream.
