Chipotle Mexican Grill - Salisbury

Hurts me to say I have been passionately a chipotle fan for almost 8 years. I spent approximately $2000 at chipotle last year. This location service is awful. I'm fairly certain there's a floor drain back up issue as you'll often see water seeping from under the walls on the walk to the restrooms.The staff has been very rude countless times. They reserve food and prioritize online orders to the point that I waited in line for 45mins. If you order online they keep the food behind the register and not on the self pickup area. This is not fast and is no longer an enjoyable experience. Multiple (no less than 10) have walked out while I've been there due to this. Myself included.

This is the chipotle is the worst chipotle you could ever have. The guys durag fell into my chicken. I swear i had waves. There very rude and only give white poeple a nibble of chicken. If i had 20 plennys in my purse i would not go to this place. Don’t return unless you want some smalll handed midget handing your food. Used to love this place. Still great food. Staff just ignores you at opening time. Maybe good if you use door dash or grub hub or Uber eats so you don’t have to see any of the rude staff.

I tried to get chips and queso when they opened at 10:45 am and they never opened the door so I ended up leaving after 10 minutes. There was an employee sitting at the front counter on their ipad and people cleaning to get ready. I just wanted chips and queso.
