Mcdonald's - Salt Lake City

Fast and accurate service, very friendly and patient.

Ordered on the kiosk. Ordered a large fries, large Dr pepper and a double bacon cheeseburger. Got no receipt. Got a double cheeseburger instead of a double bacon cheeseburger. I got cheated by the staff from what I ordered. Not a pleasant experience. 1 star for not following the order as requested. I would hope management would reach out to rectify the situation and make it right?

This is the slowest McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. It is very close and I try again and again, they take too long! I finally placed my order after sometime of waiting, I ordered two cheeseburgers, that’s all. It took about 10 mins to finally get to the window for my food, I was asked to pull forward and wait longer. This was about another 6 mins. I’m not sure why it would take so long for my order. This is the worst McDonald’s around!

They left me in the drive through for 20 minutes until I went inside to check on my food. When I got inside it was clear they’d forgotten I was out there, and handed me my food and acted annoyed I had come inside. After all that I was still missing multiple items from my order.

Delicious place! Always quick and concise with my order. Too bad they close at 11pm now but very few places are 24/7 nowadays.
