Ramen 930 - Salt Lake City

This Japanese fast food restaurant is absolutely incredible! We had dinner here and tried the veggie broth ramen, chicken gyoza, and rock bop. The food was all so delicious that I couldn't resist overeating.

I went to this restaurant for dinner and ordered the Shoyu Ramen. The broth was okay, but the noodles were overcooked, the pork was dry and tasted old, and the egg, although the best part, was falling apart. This was probably the least appetizing ramen I have ever had. I couldn't even finish it and ended up throwing it away. However, the staff was polite. I was disappointed to see that the dine-in experience included plastic take-away bowls, which contradicted what was advertised on their website. The small plastic spoon provided was not sufficient for getting a good amount of broth. Additionally, the bathroom floor was sticky and there were no hooks in the stalls to hang your belongings - it was clear that they had been removed.

Fantastic Ramen! We ordered the Black Garlic Ramen and the Spicy Niku. The broth had a rich flavor that we loved. The cashier/host was very friendly and accommodating. The takoyaki was also delicious.

The tonkotsu ramen is absolutely amazing. Only in Japan have I tasted better ramen.

I wanted to your more of the ramen restaurants on salt lake, so I started with this one first. From the makers of cupbop, it is definitely worth a visit. I thought the ramen was great and the service too. I enjoyed the meal, and would definitely go back.
