Humboldt - Salzburg

Gute Auswahl an veganen Gerichten, wobei man sich überlegen könnte, noch einen veganen Burger o.Ä. anzubieten. Herausragender Service mit nettem und aufmerksamen Personal. Geschmacklich und qualitativ war das Essen auf sehr hohem Niveau. Schönes Ambiente.

Mehrere schöne vegane Optionen, Sommerbowl und Thaicurry haben wir gegessen....sehr lecker. Gäste von Jung leger bis ältere Festspielbesucher....schönes Ambiente.

We took a late lunch at Humboldt. The place is nice, the staff is helpful and they have some vegan options. We had the soup of the day (carrot and coconut cream soup) and vegan chilli sin carne. Both dishes were great. They also have vegan ice cream and they offer vegan milk for coffee.

The atmosphere and excellent service at Humboldt make this a worthwhile stop in itself. I had the vegan version of the Humboldt house salad and was happily surprised by how flavorful and fresh it was. It was a rainy day but the terrace has huge umbrellas where one can enjoy the fountain in the small square and marvel at the buildings built into the cliffs.

Tasty food, maybe a bit overpriced because of the “bio” sign, but really good quality. I had the burger and the patty was tasty, good texture and felt full after the meal. Recommend it
