Royal Donuts - Salzburg

The delivery was given to chefin as picking up incorrectly. after more than 90 min the order was delivered. the donuts are not even invaded! the chefin on the phone was unprofessional!

When ordering at royal donuts a minimum order of €20 and a delivery fee of €3 was required. both were paid online in advance. if the order was then delivered, the supplier also meant 5€ as a delivery fee.

Long delivery time (approx. 2 hours), packaging highly measurable (all stacked in a large box on top of each other and glued/melting), tastefully not suitable for price.

Donuts as always a dream! delivery has unfortunately lasted 2.5h.

At the surprise box with 12 pieces I already wish 12 different donuts and not 4 different and each of them 3 pieces. will not be ordered anymore. very bad
