The secret of the Huevos rancheros lies in tomatoes. It was sweet and juicy and as salsa prepared it had a wonderful kick to him that made the lips lick. It puts Mexican salsas in the states to shame. The pastry was not disappointed. The bread was lit and fluffy cured with lemon generously filled with dried cranberries offer both taste and texture. The service is great. Breakfast is simple, but good. The croissants are great. The chocolate croissants should die. Great location over the water in Central Samana.

My favorite spot to eat at the waterfront. Food is always fresh, service is quick and efficient. Croissants are a must for breakfast. Prices are fair when compared to similars around the area. Don’t be fooled by other places just because of the aesthetic. In my photos, we had the 3 cheese pasta.
