Mountain Mike's Pizza - San Andreas

Both owners of mountain mikes pizza at 6191 santa teresa blvd, san jose, ca are the rudest human beings I’ve ever come in contact with, especially the wife. Yesterday, they charged my bank acct $630 for 2 pizzas!! Obviously, it was a mistake, but the owner was unwilling to work with me. Since the amount of $630 was pending in my acct, and i had about $10 left, i kindly asked her to wait for the $630 to post back into my acct then i would gladly pay for the pizza when the money became available to me again. She rudely said she needed my credit card info again so she could charge the correct amount. i told her i wouldnt give it to her because there was no more money in my account! she had taken it all!! after going back and forth, i became frustrated and she kept talking over me, she doesnt have the decency to apologize or even listen to me. being in the business that she is, she should learn take some customer service classes. anywho, i told her that for the inconvenience the pizza should be free of charge. finally she reluctantly agreed, or so i thought! the driver came by for me to sign the voided receipt. this morning out of curiosity, i checked my account, the $630 was still pending, and had another additional transaction from them for $30!! wow! now, she has overdrawn my account and owe the bank an additional $35!! i called them this morning, and the male ownser said theres nothing they could do. they wouldnt pay for the overcharge they caused after we agreed the pizza would be free! they have no sense of common sense or courtesy or customer care. and to top it off, the pizza was salty!! bad customer service!

This is the only pizza place in the area worth going to or ordering from.

Decided to give MtMike's another try after many years of avoiding themshould have continued to avoid them.

Ordered one medium pizza and a soda and paid over the phone on 11/12/17.

Raw Pizza! I wondered if they would cook more, they complained a lot about it, then I started to smuggle their non-gloved fingers all over it, for a really bad unknown reason, so naturally I complained and asked for a refund, then they only tried to say that they did just because they had to make a new pizza anyway, obviously who felt silly to get caught because they had to get a new pizza for me anyway? Strange and evil service! I wouldn't go here or at least not complain if you do because it's unsafe here!!!
