Sabrosa - San Andreas

The restaurant was closed for NYE, although it said it was open to open table. I could make a reservation on Open Table confirmed, but when we arrived at the NYE restaurant, it was closed. Bc it was NYE it was very difficult to find a restaurant that was open and availability for a party of 6. The difficulties and inconvenience of the last minute change were very stressful for the night.

Your kitchen was closed today because of Santa Con, but they still allowed reservations on Open Table that seemed very unprofessional

Sabrosa had a private event last night. On my arrival I was told that they were unable to make my 8:00 dinner reservation. I then tried my reservation on OpenTable, which I couldn't because this app already thought I was on the Sabrosa dining room. This app told me to call Sabrosa and they didn't answer. Terrible experience/no restaurants open for reservations 8pm on Friday

A group of friends and I went here for NYE, had a great dinner/drinks even thought it took forever to get our orders and one of them was wrong. It became a problem when we started to leave and my friend realized he was sitting in gum and it ruined his suit. We brought this to the restaurants attention and they originally offered $50 off our $350 bill. Less than my friends suit, but whatever. When we go to pay, the manager changed it to $25 off because the gum could have come from anywhere even though their staff cleaned it off the stool he was sitting on...
