The evening rows were almost raw. they have messed up our order. then they closed at 20 o'clock, then some sides were happy to leave us.

Oh man best flower tortillas I’ve had from any bill millers. These tortillas are thin but just right to hold beans, egg and bacon. Loved these tacos.

Around 250pm. The young lady at the window was very confused she mixed up my order told me to go park that she would take out my order when it was ready she was very rude then went outside and yelled at me. To move up so others cars could go by And when she did bring me my order she did it with such a angry aditude no napkin no ketchup food was in a mashed up bag

I am done with Bill Miller franchise. The quality of service and food has gone down at this location and many others. I used to love thier brisket, potatoes salad green beans and that crispy fried chicken with a jalapeno and tea. Could it be this generation of kids they hire? Do they not hire competent managers that hold thier staff accountable for thier performance. Come out of your offices and lead your team, Kids leading kids. How hard is it to read a ticket and place what was ordered and place it in a bag and give the customers what they paid for.

So this place should be shut down! I really don't understand how they are even open for business. This is the nastiest BBQ I've ever eaten lol. I'm not sure who thinks this food is good. My fiance and sister ate here and was completely disgusted by all the fat that was on the meat. The potato salad was like eating baby food and completely no flavor in the sauce on the meat. I need to speak with whoever birthed this place bc you cannot be serious making a human pay for this nasty food. I hate to even call in food, better yet slop. Please get some people in here that actually cares and management do not respond to this review!
