I just purchased a whopper meal combo... and left the establishment without my debit card!! My fault entirely. When I realized it...40 minutes later... I rushed back to the store... thinking the worst. I was pleasantly surprised to be greeted by a very upbeat manager that, when I told her the situation, knew exactly what I was talking about. Her staff had turned the card in to her and was placed in a safe. She asked my name before returning the card to me... for safety measures. I was very impressed by the was things were handled... and I called headquarters to tell them how impressed I was. All this aside... the meal was super duper fresh and the fries were piping hot! Just how I like them. So thank you to the team at valley hi location! You really saved me such a headache.
