I had a wonderful time talking to one of your employees, she is wonderful she gets my order right all the time and remembers my name. Her name is Losbara she always remembers my same order of 2 chicken biscuits, one for my dog and for me. She never has asour attitude or seems out of it. She must be one of the best workers. You should compensate her for her hard work. Thank you

Thank you Trenton for taking my order through the drive-thru with a smile and a conversation. Thanks for asking how my day went and just talking to me while I wait for my order. I didn't feel the wait at all just because of the talk. Trenton is anexcellent staff member that his worth compliments.

Typically when I order from Chick-fil-A everything is smooth. I waited over 30 minutes in drive thru line. When I got to the window the young man seemed confused, employees playing around and none of my items were ready. It overall made me have adifferent experience.

Didnt get a receipt for a large order we placed for a work lunch. I spoke to Kevin today and he went above and beyond to help me get a receipt. Seems like such a small act of kindness but goes a long way when the person on the other line is kind and willingto help! Thank Kevin! Give him a raise!!
