There is no wait time at this restaurant with friendly staff. They are open until midnight and offer good prices. The cookies are still fresh, huge, and very sweet. Just be sure to confirm they have something to drink available.

Crumbl cookies on the bandera road has the worst service I have experienced for a long time. I saw that the load looked full, so I put an order in the app and suggested that I was here, I had to park a few rows away from the load, because all the pitches were full. I saw the order of waiting in the app decrease until it appears, my order was ready. I also have a text. I went into the load and did not feel comfortable because most employees and customers did not on masks. I told them I was notified that my order was ready, but they said it was a few minutes. each in the filiale at this time came well after I placed my online order. I waited 20 minutes while they commanded for people who came to me. I had a hard time getting the attention of a coworker and when I did, they just looked at me. I explained the situation and told them I didn't want to wait anymore. they looked at me again and went on to fill 2 more commands. there was no place to cancel my order in the app, and I would have just left, except these cookies were really overpriced. When they finally gave me mine, there was no excuse for waiting for it, and the worst thing is that the cookies were not even so good.

Cookies are good (if necessary for the price), but they are never ready for me when I come to pick up. I literally take the 9 o'clock for picking up at 2:50, and at 3:10, I'm still waiting. the staff is rude, what are they all in high school? I expect better when it comes to the service of $35/a dozen.

Love how to change the menu weekly. the biscuits are big and tasty. Once they try, they will want to eat them.

I ordered cookies for my 11th birthday surprise, and she absolutely loved them. The chocolate chip, cornbread, and Chip Ahoy cookies were incredible. I can't wait to try more.
