Longhorn Steakhouse - San Antonio

Got an order to go curbside. No one responded when I called them when I got there. No biggie, went inside and got my order. Got home and the Salad was missing.

The chicken fried steak and mashed potatoes were to die for!

Great food and atmosphere. Friendly staff . Excellent service.

The waitstaff seemed to be quite overwhelmed, which is clearly a management issue. It took them 20 minutes after I was seated to ask if I wanted a drink, and another 20 minutes to bring my margarita. They also never provided me with a food menu. On the positive side, the margarita, while just okay, was reasonably priced.

I've visited several times, and the food is consistently delicious, fresh, and full of flavor. The service is excellent; the staff is always attentive, respectful, and has a wonderful personality. The atmosphere is clean, comfortable, and welcoming.
