Ordered Choose 2 with half salad/half potato. Salad was good, a bit too spinach leafs, but good. Potato was simple, butter . Sour cream. No butter or sour cream in my order. Also ordered half/half tea with lemons. Again, the extras were not in my order. Might need someone to double check order before sending it out the door. to
This is my go to "fast food" option and usually I choose the pick 2 option.
The potato soup tasted so bad and sour like spoiled milk. We have had this soup before from here and it is our fav but this bat had some horrible in it.
The 3 time was not a charm. 1st time dine in: BLT A was burned, not enough avocado to add to the name ?A?, had to ask for napkins a few times and when the dispenser arrived to the table it had only 4 napkins left. Some tables are uneven and shaky. My table was dirty, so as the one next to mine (and the restaurant was empty with plenty of talking to each other employees). Employees were slow and unfriendly. 2nd time: 2,5 hours before closing and they ran out of baked potatoes and not planning to cook more for today. Strange response, especially indicating that this is your menu hit. We left. 3rd time was a take out: the app didn?t allow me to place an order to pick up at the window, so I had to select an option to pick inside. When I arrived my order wasn?t ready, only after a few reminders and 10 minutes after the scheduled time I finally received my food (it was my lunch break, so of course every minute is counting). No apologies, nothing to make it right. And the most annoying this is their music inside the restaurant: they are playing a regular radio station with lots of ads it?s so unprofessional and distracting. I like McAlister?s deli but this location needs a serious training on the customer service. Like many other customers mentioned: the service is not friendly nor attentive.
