Avaliação da contribuiçãoThis place is led by the most incompetent people, I would say restauranteurs, but that would give them too much credit. do not try to order in the window that is obvious to take fast appendages, no, they want to sit and wait on a server or order at the bar. Much luck if they are not 21 and they are a hungry college dog wanting a place right next to sac to get a beautiful vegan meal. they will not find it here in sanchos after the 30-minute wait, they want to go, and go next to the bay. what I did
All their different vegan options are variations of the same thing: the shredded of the tweezer and the paprika sautéed in a sauce that is not well filled in a taco dish or on a piece of brot. hard pass.
As another reviewer mentioned, the vegan toppings include elote and “faux”jita—here, they use mushrooms, poblanos, and boiled wobble. The salsas are both tasty and spicy, especially compared to many other vegan Mexican establishments (except for the reigning champion, Tapatio). Be sure to try the Sanchos bowl; it has four different layers and can be made vegan without the crema, and it’s simply delightful. The service can be slow when the place is busy, but that doesn’t bother me. My only issue is that I haven’t received a clear answer on whether their fantastic micheladas can be made without fish sauce; it remains unclear. Nonetheless, I encourage my fellow vegans to check this place out! I don’t think it deserves just two stars.
This restaurant offers Mexican food served in a street-style manner, creating a lively atmosphere. It's definitely a bar, so be prepared for loud live music and a more mature crowd. I highly recommend trying their vegan tortas—they're delicious! They also serve tacos and various other dishes, all of which are quite good. My friends ordered the meat tacos and absolutely loved them. Overall, it's a great place for tasty food!
The atmosphere of the venue is quite laid-back, reminiscent of a dive bar. The rooftop area is enjoyable, and they often feature live music. I find their margaritas to be excellent. The vegan torta is a standout for me, packed with a good mix of vegetables and beans, although it is on the smaller side, it is quite flavorful. On the other hand, I was disappointed by the vegan nachos. I asked the server if they included vegan cheese, and while she assured me they did, that wasn't the case. The nachos turned out to be just chips topped with beans and eggplant, accompanied by only a small amount of pickled onions and pico de gallo. Overall, the prices feel a bit high considering the quality and portion sizes. I usually only come here if I'm out late and it's one of the few places still open.
