Starbucks - San Antonio

This place was amazing! I never seen the place where an extra employee is designated to hand out all the customers drinks and food. I also really like how they decorated the place. They were so nice they didn't give you any bad attitude like some snotty-nosed Starbucks. If you come here often enough they actually get to know you and it's pretty cool.... And at the end the gentlemanopen the door for my daughter and I!! Hands down best service in San Antonio or any Starbucks I've ever been to. No way any Starbucks can compete to this!!!

The service inside was horrible. First, I waited a while before they took my order. The cashier cared more about staring at the food. Then, shee took my order wrong. When I told her about it, she said I ordered it like that. Yet, even my daughter heard me order it right. I had to pay the difference which wasn't a big deal but I also had to wait in line for it all overs again.

Went today around 5 pm. There was a long line in the drive thru so I went inside. It was very clean. No line inside. They took my order quickly and friendly. The restrooms were very clean as well. By the time I went to wash my hands my drink was ready. It was delicious. I got a venti iced white chocolate mocha latte. I?d definitely go back here and recommend going to if your looking for a good Starbucks.

Went to get coffee and breakfast this morning, very disappointed because the sandwich was wrong and the coffee didn't have what I asked for. My wife went back and the guy had the nerve to tell her that he informed me the coffee was a cold brew due to no iced coffee which was a lie, he didn't tell me anything. The annoying part of all this is that instead of making it right he felt the need to try to plead his case. Accept your wrongs and move on don't be childish and try to blame someone else because you can't do your job.

Coffee is not what it's hyped it to be. It's really hit and miss. Last few times it's more water than coffee. Pricey and long lines. You're pretty much buying the brand name.
