Avaliação da contribuiçãoThe two people who were working at the time of this post (man&women) are not good baristas!! They were flirting and touching each other while working and made my $10 coffee (white mocha/ 4 blond shots/no whip/10 pumps of white chocolate) absolutely suck!!
Nasty cashier. Not one person in line , waited 5 minutes for him to finish chatty chatting with his coworkers. Didn’t come over to register until I said “ Hi” he has a disgusting attitude. Gross.
This store needs customer service. I did a mobile order and I still had to wait 25 minutes. There was only 1 bartista. He was SO backed up on mobile store orders and super slow on making them. There was no other employee trying to help to speed up the process of getting drinks out to the customers. The others were talking in the back not paying attention to the attention THIS STORE NEEDS!!!Then when getting my drinks they were both WRONG. The sticker literally says what it is and what is added on. Nope it’s either they don’t care or they just don’t bother to read it. This always happens at this location and nothing is done about it. This is one of the locations I don’t want to visit.Starbucks customer service is hopeless too.Rude and don’t do anything about it.I’ll go to Peet’s instead.
I ordered on my mobile app and decided to go order food to give some time to have our drinks ready. We go inside, there are so many people waiting for drinks mobile and store orders. There is only 1 bartista and 1 cashier on the floor. There are so many backed up drink orders and he is making them so slow like he doesn't care. There was no other employee there to support and get the drinks out to customers. We had to wait 25 min for our drinks they were wrong. The stickers on the drinks are there for a reason, but I guess when you have people who work there not caring nor apologizing for the wait. The other employees were in the back talking. There needs to be more attention to customers at this store. They were not necessarily busy but all the piled up drink orders made it like that. I heard customers ask how much longer do we have to wait? This always seems to be a issue at this store. Why it doesn't get attention and better customer service is beyond me. I came because it was in the location we were heading to but I won't make a point coming back to this one.
My run group frequently meets at this starbucks, for 2 main reasons: convenience and coffee! this location is at the corner of san carlos and laurel, very visible from every direction and well lit in the early morning and evening hours of the winter months, making it a great meeting location. and after our morning jog through san carlos, we like to sit down for a cup 'o joe and have a chatter before we head off to work.the interior is a little smaller than other starbucks, but still some chairs tables available. this location has some sidewalk seating, which is great for some fresh air. there is a bathroom inside, a little hit or miss though (i 've often been here when the bathroom is closed/out of order or someone is in there a long time).service is average, i get what i ordered, nothing more, nothing less. lots of street parking here, but be mindful, most days you 're limited to 2 hours. there 's a parking garage 2 blocks away, but also 2 hour parking.
