Midori - San Cristobal

It is a beautiful place, with a very tone decoration. Take the classic mojito, I would have no other word than perfect. I tried a stew, spectacular and fish burger, this bread didn't love me. Super recommended

One of the best tuna sashimi I've ever tasted, the fantastic tuna Tatki, the extraordinary tuna pier, I don't usually take desserts, but the ice cream luisa simply spectacular, have to try it, have two cards, a white for tourists that didn't recommend and another black color with traditional Japanese dishes and nikkei dishes, all that we taste fantastic, although the dishes made of tuna were good

A quiet place to enjoy a good cocktail and a rich sushi

If you went to Santa Cruz to Midori... this is the same menu, so expect vegan sushi and Poke bowls. But this one also has an additional menu for lunch, one beyond Fleischburger, but I asked at 7.30 and they still served me. The burger seemed vegan, it had some white onion sauce, but no cheese, avocado instead and salad. But I think it was a brioche bungalow... overall, pretty good, tbh I was a bit veggie in GPS, 100% vegan seems a challenge.

We ordered the Veggie Sushi, Poke Schale, Edamame, a Quinoa Veg dish and seaweed salad (over two visits). The Veg Sushi and Seeweed Salat were my favorite. The Poke Bowl was unfortunately quite blande without proper dressing (except soy sauce) only rice with steamed or raw veg, and a very small portion to it, cost $13! There are not many options for vegans in town, which is why we eat here twice. The food is generally quite good, but overall it is not really good value for money given the portion size compared to the price. It is a rather popular place, especially for tourists. The cocktails are also quite good (you can subtleize milk for coconut milk).
