Was watching a local YouTuber and they recommended this place, and I'm so glad we went here to try it out. It was DELICIOUS! Ordered the sampler platter with brisket, ribs, and sausage with sides of mac n cheese and coleslaw. Everything was delicious!! The coleslaw had a spice to it that was so good. Mac n cheese was on point. The ribs were nice and tender. Friendly staff and loved the vibes, very chill. The sampler platter was perfect to share between 2 people.

Great atmosphere food and ambiance. The new cigar lounge is impressive and a great addition to the awesome vibe in the main dining outdoor area. With all this the barbecue is the best in San Diego county! I would highly recommend for singles, families locals and tourist. Visit this establishment to meet to see the real black community here in San Diego

The positivity, character, and charm is so amazingly palpable.Very friendly and helped me choose their top picks for the BBQ sampler since I was a first timer. Holy smokes you have to get the sampler!Also the back seating area is so cool, lots of shaded areas, the breeze was perfect even on a hot day, and several of the staff walked by making sure I was enjoying my food. Playing Stevie Wonder on the speakers made me feel at home.This place will always have my business, and I will tell everyone they have to not only eat the amazing food, but help promote this amazing business.
