Avaliação da contribuiçãoI placed my order for two meals with my friends, who are both big eaters. They gave me one meal immediately but asked me to wait for the other. After waiting for 6 minutes with no sign of the second meal, I had to get out of the car and go inside the restaurant. Unfortunately, the frappé I had ordered was still not ready. There were many people at the front counter and multiple employees handling orders, but it seemed like nobody knew what was going on.
I really enjoy the pineapple mango smoothie and the McMuffin with egg, sausage, and cheese at this restaurant. I also recommend trying the McDouble with Big Mac sauce, and don't forget to add extra sauce to the filet o fish. The only downside is that the fries could be improved if they were served hot. Overall, a great dining experience.
This morning at 9am on October 29th, a female manager at the restaurant attempted to overcharge me $5. They had run out of frappes, but she offered me a 99 cent deal on an iced coffee instead. When she served the new drink with my meal, she told me to have a good day. However, when I asked about the change from the frappe, she claimed that the iced coffee was the same price and I wouldn't be receiving any change.
The burritos at this restaurant had hard cheese and tortillas that ended up on the floor multiple times. The hash browns had a strong fish smell. The soda tasted like it hadn't been cleaned properly and the service was lacking, with only a discount offered.
The employees and managers of this restaurant could benefit from customer service training. The orders are consistently overcooked and the fries are never served fresh.
