Avaliação da contribuiçãoMe? I brought my wife to RED O'. The food was delicious and unique. Everything was just delicious. Everything tasted homemade....not laborious. The rice and the beans were served separately on another dish while my delicious lobster shrimp chili relleno was first class. The chips and salsa were also fabulous. I even took an order home with me. In summary, I want to come back very soon, as there is so much I want to rehearse. Our waitress was very attentive to our request. My birthday's right around the corner, and I've alerted my important other person to come here. I was too full to taste dessert, and I heard that the flan is delicious. Go on! We'll come back!
We had heard a pretty bad review of this place, what was that someone we know arrived and was immediately asked if she wanted guacamole, so she said yes, basically hood her because she thought he would offer it, but it actually cost her $16. Then she asked for a drink and the server asked if she would like it with a certain alcohol, so she said yes, again Hoodwinking her because that wasn't the house alcohol and was a charge. So we suspected the behavior. Our experience was really good. We sat in a big stand when we were only two, and we were surprised, but flattered to get such beautiful seats. We had like three servers that take care of us, with a captain who was a great way to delegate the work in the restaurant. We had a great meal that came super fast, and they immediately corrected a mistake from the kitchen without even being reminded and came out with another plate. In the end we said we wanted a certain dessert, and our server asked us if we got the cheesecake, and we were like good. He brought out both desserts, the originals with a sweet happy birthday in chocolate and the cheesecake. Instead of our friends experience with the blind upselling, it seemed real and it was really sweet. We enjoyed the whole experience and will be back soon.
Came for happy hour and the drinks and the food were great! Had the carnitas tacos,Al pastor, and the ceviche. The accounts were about 70 with drinks. Definitely come back to try the full menu.
Came to brunch this morning and I was pleasantly surprised. I was on the Red O in fashion island and it's always crazy busy, but fortunately this was a little quieter and they could put us quickly. The brunch options were great and each one of us loved their meal. The cat Burrito was delicious! Will definitely come back to brunch!
Youre paying for the fine dining brand name. I have heard alot of this place, good things to mainly on how fancy it is. But thats how the food is. Good presentation but really no flavor. I had the famed empanadas and some fish tacos. I know, i know, i didnt go for their flagship items but still, it nust be hard to screw up the little leagues. Well, thats how it was. The battered fish tacos were like eating styrofoam. The flavor came from the sauces which shouldnt be. The tortilla was the for an american palate and nothing like what taste of mexico should. The empanadas were better but nothing amazing. Average. The meat inside was like mushy but stringy. Like a pate with meat threads. Honestly, i am glad i did not buy their 75/100 plates. I could go buy steaks and lobster elsewhere or even make it myself. I did order a tiny 7dollar desert wine. It was cute and sweet. But i got a taste so thats that. Their 2 stars are for the waiter. He was amazing. Very good at multitasking and making you feel welcome. He was not much older than the rest of the young staff, but you could tell he was a lead or superior. He alone coukd earn the place reputation. Back to the food; I dont really recommend these kind of places unless in old town. I can handle mediocre mexican food in old town because its alot cheaper making it better!
