Women's rest room smelled. We got there at 5 pm, opening...Simone was our waiter, nice guy, but not very attentive. The food was excellent though! Rigatoni Arraibiatta was delicious as the sea food pasta was also. Kudos to the Chef!!!Food: 5/5

I couldn’t get a hold of this restaurant at all. I had a reservation at 6pm and wanted to see if we could push back an hour. I didn’t want to get charged $10 per person charge if I cancelled. I called the restaurant and an automated message played then rang twice to find I got sent to voicemail. I called a total of 6 times at different times with time passed in between. It made it very concerning, if this is the service I’m getting over the phone and I haven’t arrived yet what should I expect when I get there? Very unprofessional. Didn’t make it to the restaurant as I was let down before I arrived. Changed dinner plans immediately.

?Highly Recommend?…Delicious Food, beautiful people, Gorgeous Atmosphere, outstanding drinks (I had 2? , Amazing Staff don’t let me forget the countless photo opportunities!May I add there’s a secret “speakeasy” hidden in the restaurant?…Make a reservation now…Chrissy is the manager who was more than accommodating, she rolled out the red carpet service made my husband I feel like celebrities! Natalie was our server she was nothing less than exceptional!!! She was kind, sweet had a great personality- she took great photos of us didn’t get tired of answering my questions- she was very thorough with the menu even gave a great drink presentation!

Food was great, drinks were amazing and quick, hostess/waiters were the worst. Attitude, nasty facial expressions, and the waiter forgot about us. Passed us about 5x and then finally asked if we were okay. When it was time to pay he was quick to receive payment but didn’t even bother to ask if we wanted a refill. Go for the food but I would recommend doing a pickup! ?

The food is great. That’s not the issue. My reasoning for giving this restaurant a low rating is due to their customer service. My last experience here not only was I over charged, but when I reached out to the restaurant about the issue I was completely ignored. Word to the wise be wary of the customer service and be aware that they over charge.
