Avaliação da contribuiçãoThe first thing I noticed about the cottage was that it was very busy. Many people were out there. I and my family weren't sure I'd eat here or not, but we stopped waiting. Although there were many people, waiting didn't take long. The cottage is cool because it is a house that is transformed into a restaurant. You can eat outside or inside and it has large windows for people eating inside. As far as food is concerned, they offer a delicious selection of dishes. I have an omelet that was good, especially the bites with bride, but it didn't impress me. I had some filled French toast, and I thought it was excellent and comes with three huge slices. I would definitely come back here because they have a good brunch.
In general, I am a great fan of brunch sites, but this, on a beautiful corner in la jolla stands with good ambience, friendly service, and of course, good food (some interesting turns on classic brunch tea).
Here for breakfast on July 4th. There were tons of people waiting outside, but we just waited 5 minutes for a table; I guess they have fast table sales. The room is also beautiful, in a house. I had the special eggs Benedict with crabs. Good and good ingredients, but both the crab and the Hollandaise sauce were strangely dirty. The omelet was obviously the same. I'd go again, but order differently. We enjoyed our breakfast, but other items in the menu looked better.
