Viking Sub - San Francisco

This place is so delicious! Way more than just a sandwich place. I've been here three times so far, had the chicken Vietnamese sandwich (forgot the name), Philly fries, and chicken plate with rice noodles egg roll and everything was absolutely delicious! also very affordable not sure how they stay in business given the hours and prices but I sure hope they do! Will definitely be back to try more of the menu.

The bahn mi (Vietnamese sandwiches) are fresh, tasty, and well sized. I appreciate that their bread rolls are on the softer side for bahn mi no hard crust to crumble apart while you eat. The pork bahn mi features coarsely ground pork with subtle seasoning, quite tasty. Tofu also is great. Veggies very fresh. The spring rolls are awesome and come with plenty of dipping sauce.

I had the best Vietnamese chicken burger I've tried in San Francisco, and the cheese puffs were so delicious they just melted in my mouth. Their location right outside the Glen Park BART station is perfect!

You place your order at the counter and then wait outside while they prepare your meal. The shop is located at a busy bus stop, so if your bus arrives before your food is ready, you’ll have to choose between missing the bus or losing out on your meal. Don’t blame the restaurant if your bus arrives before your order is completed.

I mainly visit this restaurant for the bánh mì and the spring rolls, and occasionally I'll order a side of fries. This used to be my go-to spot in Glen Park for a chocolate shake, so I was really disappointed when they stopped serving ice cream. The owners are very friendly and welcoming. Unfortunately, they're closed on weekends, which is a letdown.
