Applebee's Grill - San Jose

If I could give this review zero stars, I would. I ordered a curbside pick up that wasn?t ready for an hour after the estimated time, and when I got it, the food was cold and the fries were stale. I had to stop a staff member at a table to find out wheremy order was because nobody came up to me at the front for 20 minutes. Save your money and go literally anywhere else. Chilis is10x better.

A great experience overall! Went with my husband for a late dinner (probably a bit too late for me as I was already getting hangry XD We were seated and served in no time at all! If you ever get the chance to be served by Diana get ready, thiswoman was absolutely wonderful! She was friendly, sweet and super attentive. We received regular top ups on all our drinks,menu suggestions, and quick answers to any questions we had! This girl really knows her stuff!

I've been to Applebee's before and know what to expect. This particular location was a mess. Definitely need to improve on customer service and food quality. Took forever to get our drinks that sat at the bar for quite a while. My chicken wings werevery tasty! The pasta was horrible and my burger was undercooked. The table next me sent their food back and just finished theirdrinks without ordering something else.

I wish I would of taken a picture of my salad. Strawberry vinaigrette had a Strawberry lemonade to go with delicious. Service was awesome. Appetizers were brought out on time. I would highly recommend this location to eat ????

The server was rude and did not attend to us until I asked thrice. Not sure why he did this, it wasn?t that crowded. The dessert served was cold even though the description said it would be warm. I?m a big fan of Applebees in general and this was my firsttime visiting this branch. Sad to say it?ll be my last.
