Avaliação da contribuiçãoAs a restaurant owner with multiple establishments, I can confidently say that this is one of the very few places I truly enjoy dining at. The food is consistently excellent, and the service never disappoints.
The vegan food here is fantastic—quick and delicious! However, I have one concern that led to me deducting a star: the prices are extremely high for what you receive. I understand that inflation has driven food costs up and that running a business requires staffing and overhead, but the prices here feel excessive. While the burritos are substantial and satisfying, I was taken aback to find that two small tacos cost the same as the burritos, and they don't fill you up nearly as much. The tacos used to be more generous in size as well. I would suggest that the restaurant consider including sides with the tacos to help justify the steep prices and make the meal more satisfying. Additionally, it would be great to see some new items added to the menu, as it has remained largely unchanged for several years and could use a bit more variety.
The bun looked like it had been stepped on. The salad had an overwhelming amount of peanuts, while the Chile Verde had a good flavor but a rubbery texture and didn't resemble the photo at all.
Ordered a kale bowl, got 2 pieces of kale. Should be called a bean and quinoa bowl. Ordered the kimchi bowl, got 90% rice, a small layer of kimchi and no yuba strips! Used to be good, lately I always regret giving this place another try.
The food was tasty, well-prepared, and perfectly spiced. I will say that my order( 2 Pulled ‘Pork’ Street Tacos (2 Tacos *was* a bit small; I would have been very happy with either a 3rd taco or somewhat larger ones, but thats my only "complaint".
