100%would recommend their tour. Emilio and his son Dainer own a small, multigenerational coffee farm up in the mountains and are the most hospitable hosts. They took my wife and I through the whole process, from the process of growing plants, to fermenting, drying, shelling, and roasting plants. Emilio’s hand built equipment is especially resourceful. Eine liebevoll Familien geführte Kaffeefarm. Deiner, der Sohn der Familie, hat uns eine dreistündige sehr informative, spannende und unterhaltsame Einführung in die Kaffee-Herstellung gegeben. Alle Steps von der Pflanze bis zur gerösteten Kaffeebohne. Wir durften auch selbst ausprobieren und bekamen zwischendurch Kaffee und selbstgebackenes Bananenbrot angeboten.
