Graziani - San Juan

Had a small menu and 1/3 of it was not at 19:00 on a Saturday night. the wine list had only the more expensive bottles available. At least the manager did not charge us two starters that were not good for inconvenience. beautiful ambiente and location was the best I can say. I hope it could improve.

The rest is ok. The service is questionable. But overall is ok.

At the beginning we were disappointed because they told us, when we arrived, that the reservation was moved an hour later without our consent. We were upset because we made that reservation 2 weeks in advance to make sure everything was going to be confirmed and set to celebrate our friend's birthday. Luckily, we were served by Jay. His service was outstanding and definitely made up for the restaurant's mistake. He was superb and went above and beyond to please us. That is the reason why we changed our minds and decided that we could give a try next time; otherwise, we would not have though of returning ever again.

The food was really good. The staff was a bit disorganized and the music inside the restaurant is messy and way to loud.

We had a big group that seemed difficult to handle for them. it took about 2 hours for our group to get her food. I have to say that the food we received was delicious. I could say they tried her best. I would recommend this restaurant just a smaller group.
