I ordered 3 salads about 1/2 way through the order I said oh ifr like the dressing for the salad as well at that point they decided to inform me that they were out of dressing!! The dressing is what makes it good imo. They didn't care or apologize, I wish they would have told me when I ordered that they were out, I would have ordered something different!! Communication isn't that difficult.Vegetarian options: You can get pretty much anything without meat
Worst experience ever. They were literally out of nearly everything and with many people coming in at around 7pm staff was announcing all the items they ran out of which was half their product, their soda and nobody even had the gall to put ice in the ice machine. People walked in and walked out. They should have closed the store for the night. WHERE IS THE OWNER OF THIS FRANCHISE?
Came in, there was a very long line which was no issue. Once I got the the front I asked for soft tacos, but did not inform me that there was no chicken as it was being cooked nor did they give me the option to wait. The store was also completely out of white rice. When I said that I do not want a different protein and that I only eat chicken, they crumbled my order up and threw it away. To top it off, i ordered a drink and their soda machine isnt even working which they did not inform us before purchasing the drink, i would not have ordered it if i had knownVery disappointing service.
Seems to have lost that lovin feelin. Downgraded over the years.
Every time I go in this place they are either short staffed, not taking card, or online orders onlydue to a large catering order. Tables never get cleaned and the bathrooms are disgusting.
