Pancho's Mexican Food - San Luis Obispo

We only had a custom Chilli Verde Burrito, wet and a combo enchilada, Taco and Chilli Rellano. Excellent service, atmosphere and food. Can't go wrong at panchos for authentic Mexican cuisine.

We visited to find a Mexican restaurant. This place threw us away. I have a big burrito with shrimp and paprika. The vegetables were perfectly cooked. The Tomatillo sauce was amazing. My brother's Super Enchilada had a lot of meat and good red sauce. We're all full and happy. Salsas was good. Guacamole was perfect. Our server was great. 10/10. Oh and the ladies toilet was sweet and super clean!

Just had to share … I’m at Pancho’s for lunch. I’ve passed by this place too many times since 2014 and today I’m saying YES I deserve to have fish tacos and NOT another protein shake!!!! I’m so glad I finally said yes. The fish tacos were so tasty grilled to perfection, and I must say add the guacamole because it’s got a great spice without being too hot.

This is what Im talking about! A traditional Taco shop that knows how to make great Mexican food. All the other places in town use grilled chicken in their burritos, which is lazy and not nearly as good as slow cooked shredded chicken. The owners are very nice and seemed genuinely happy to have us there, and the prices are reasonable.
