Mcdonald's - San Marcos

This is one of the cleanest McDonald's I've ever encountered. The interior is stunning, and the furniture is both beautiful and comfortable, making it a pleasant spot to sit and enjoy a cup of coffee. They also have special tables for wheelchair users. The staff is friendly, and the service is quick. Thank you! I can't wait to return soon.

The food was excellent! The fries were a little cold, but I anticipated that. I visited around midnight, and it was one of the few fast-food places still open at that hour. There were around 20 cars in the drive-thru, so it took about 40 minutes to receive my order. To be fair, they were extremely busy, but when I got to the window, the staff were friendly and welcoming! It's a great spot; just keep in mind that they can't control how busy they get, especially in a college town.

Regular costume service. regular food quality and taste. Prices are getting higher and higher. I can buy a better food for the same money in some other restaurants. Good coffee.

Through the drive-thru for a Mcgriddle, two cookies and hash browns and we were sent to the park and wait where they brought us the wrong order after 10 minutes and then took ten more minutes to bring the drinks. They were nice and made the order new from the receipt, but still forget the hash browns. It wasn't even worth it coming back.

The double lane setup is no joke; they have the same person taking orders from both sides, which leads to long waits when it's your turn. The service is painfully slow, and they frequently get half of the orders wrong. Among the nearby McDonald's locations in SMTX, Kyle, and Buda, this one is definitely the worst. I believe some better management or training could really improve things.
