I appreciate that they offer vegan options at this restaurant. It's great that they don't charge extra for Daiya cheese. However, the pizza is quite expensive and just okay. It's not terrible, but it's not great either. Daiya cheese tends to make pizzas bland, and that's the case here. Adding some salt, pepper, Italian herbs, and spices can help, but a frozen pizza costs much less and has more flavor. Just a heads up, on two separate occasions I requested a vegan pizza and received one with meat and vegan cheese instead. If you decide to try Pie Society, make sure to clearly specify that you want your pizza to be vegan without any meat.
