Subway - San Rafael

Minimal staff, minimal service, they simply do not expect more.

You know what you’re getting with Subway. My biggest complaint and I see others have complained as well is they close early randomly with no warning, no note on the door nothing. And not like 5 min early I mean I’ve been there hours before closing and it’s already locked and lights off. If you have a staff shortage please post something like that or adjust your hours so I know when I can spend time driving over and actually get the food I wanted.

Pretty lousy customer treatment and attitude from employee. Not returning..

Every time I go there and there is this guy working I just turn around and leave he has the worst costume service and puts together the worst subway sandwiches. The other two girls that work there during the daytime are amazing and I really recommend going there and having them making your sandwich but if the guy is in there please just leave it’s not worth your money.
