Avaliação da contribuiçãoI really enjoyed the Irish pub atmosphere, and the beer-battered Icelandic cod fish and chips were absolutely delicious. I highly recommend trying the local Seismic Kolsch beer for the perfect accompaniment!
What a delight! There's no longer any ping pong below (yes, I'm that old) and no more darts (thanks to insurance issues). Bartenders Tony and Gillian take great care of the drinks and actually engage in conversation, which is such a refreshing, old-school experience. I just stopped by for a pint today, but I’ll definitely be back soon to try the fish and chips.
The onion rings we ordered never arrived; when they did come, they were an unappealing pale color. The fish and chips and Caesar salad were only barely edible. On a positive note, Trivia Night was entertaining, the service was excellent, and the friendly crowd of regulars made us feel welcome. We plan to return for drinks.
Came to have a pint. Ordered Boddingtons. Weird that the beardendar went back. Came back with pint. I asked why she didn't pour out ****. She said it didn't work. What a joke. had to pay $8.00 for something everyone would expect to get off the tap. The place looks legit. With authentic Boddington's turtles, everything I drink is waiting for.
They only had two English beers and were out of both of them for several days, and the rest were all IPAs. But the menu looked good and the atmosphere is really cool.
