Rifugio San Marco - SAN VITO DI CADORE

Bellissimo rifugio, anche se piccolo ma con gestori simpatici e disponibili. Si mangia benissimo. Posizione bellissima per ammirare il re Antelao e il Pelmo.

This family-run rifugio is a delightful place to stay. Great welcome, beautiful scenery and a lovely location. We arrived after a hard day from Rifugio Vandelli and thoroughly enjoyed our stay, including a leisurely rest day. Would recommend to anyone. The food was home cooked and delicious and they readily catered for a gluten-free diet.

Lovely setting overlooking the valley this is all you want from a refuge. A warm welcome, relaxed and friendly with good food and comfortable rooms. The shower was very welcome as not all refuges have them.Perfect stay.

We made a reservation for our group in advance and paid deposit. Although we arrived quite late (7,30 PM , we were accomodated and served with food without any problem. All guys from the hut were very nice to us and I highly recommend this mountain hut :

Prima esperienza notturna in rifugio con i bambini, semplicemente fantastica. Peccato per il brutto tempo che non ci ha permesso di ammirare le stelle e l'alba.
