Subway - Sandersville

I think this might have been the only restaurant open when we rolled into this little town. Food was typical Subway. The girl who made our food was wonderful. Very personal and funny. The app wouldn't process my order to apply a BOGO 50% coupon, and the restaurant refused to offer a $4 discount to retain my business. I did manage to get my son's sandwich, but I won't be returning. To make matters worse, the global.subway.com link to complete a survey requires you to install various unnecessary software on your phone or computer, which shows that Subway doesn't care about customer feedback. I've deleted the app and will not be coming back.

I had a disappointing experience at Subway recently. The app wouldn’t let me complete my order, so I decided to go to the store instead, keeping the app open so the staff could see my order code. Unfortunately, they refused to provide a $4 discount to accommodate me as a customer. This meant that my son had his last Subway sandwich while he was with me, and I’ve decided I won’t be returning. If they’re unwilling to offer a small discount for a loyal customer using their app, then I’ll delete the app and won’t visit Subway again. It’s all about customer service, after all. On top of that, when I tried to use my receipt for a survey, I was directed to a page that required me to install several apps before I could even provide feedback. It felt like the company didn’t care about my opinion and just wanted my money.
