Entangled On The Hill

We were incredibly lucky and blessed to get married at this beautiful venue. Nola was a lifesaver with planning everything, and absolutely stepped up to help with everything when I needed it (and being pregnant, with constant morning sickness, I absolutely needed it! . David and his team produced a delicious, plentiful winter menu that all of our guests loved. The small touches a Charcuterie with so much variety that it satisfied this pregnant bride despite the usual dietary restrictions, and staff who always made sure I was hydrated throughout the night. I felt cared for and looked after on such a special day. Thank you all so much for helping us throw this all together at short notice. You’re all amazing and we can’t wait to come back and devour more delicious food.

The first time that I walked into Entangled on the Hill, I knew that it was exactly what I had been looking for to host my 50th birthday high tea. It had an atmosphere about it that just felt like home (but a very stylish and comfortable home with an incredible view! . Nola was incredibly helpful and accommodating in arranging an intimate but fun celebration for 20 people. Nola was very receptive to me bringing in an external provider to do a dried flower arrangement workshop prior to our high tea in order to break the ice amongst people who hadn't met before. The workshop was held outdoors and the garden area was the perfect backdrop as Nola had decorated it beautifully and provided bubbles and water for all of the guests. After the workshop, we moved to high tea on the verandah of the stunning homestead. It was incredibly decorated and had such a gorgeous view that it brought gasps from the guests as they walked in. The food cooked by David was simply exquisite. Much better quality than your usual high tea and there was PLENTY of food! Coupled with bubbles and some amazing different varieties of tea, everyone was able to relax and enjoy the experience of being spoilt. I cannot express how perfectly Entangled on the Hill met my vision of a relaxed, beautiful and stylish venue with incredible food. It was almost as though the world around us stopped as soon as we arrived and we could just take some time out to relax, talk and laugh with good friends whilst being spoilt with delicious food and drinks. Nola and David, I can't thank you enough for delivering a 50th birthday celebration that was nothing short of perfect and one that I will never forget. We will be back to try the long lunch very soon!

Breakfast was good, service was great, and atmosphere relaxing. Was worth the drive to have breakfast there. Would be well worth the drive for those living in Brisbane to go for the dive and enjoy a meal in a relaxed atmosphere. Planning to return when next in the area. Amazing location. Great service. It was a cool day and they had the fire on. We came for just coffees and the wonderful lady serving that day informed us that they didn’t do just drinks (you have to order food) but she still served us our coffees. So nice. Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
