Johnny Rockets - Sandusky

Husband loves the food and the fact that they made it without salt/season. We had too much salt in some places in the park, which is a big branch, especially on low sodium intake diet. You can't eat it. We both have worked enough food places that we understand how stressful it can be and how rude customers can get. Keep the good work Johnny Rockets.

This restaurant in Cedar Point was great, especially our waitress, she made it amazing.

Terrible experience. Fearable waiting staff. Open in 30 minutes after the park. 7 employees are there and two more tables in the restaurant. I was asked to sit outside and that was fine. However, we sat at a dirty table with bugs and were completely ignored by the staff. We just landed on the way and went through the way and had our food and drink within 5 minutes. I'm back to the cedar, but pretty sure I'll never spend my time or money here.

It was good food. Super long waiting time, but it's to be expected.

We went on Sunday June 19th and we had to wait for a table which is fine. We ended up sitting at the counter. I didn't find our server to be very pleasant. Maybe she was new. She tried giving us someone else's order than we got our fries but no burgers. We waited over 30 mins when we received our check but still no burgers at that point we were told they were behind on them another 15 20 mins later still no burgers. Meanwhile several families that sat down after us had already eaten and left. We asked them to remove them from our check and left and got food elsewhere. Servers should inform customers if menu items are delayed. Worst experience by far ever at a Johnny Rockets.
