Once we sat, with two very hungry teenagers I could add, I was forced to sit on a chair in the middle of the gang, because they apparently had no table big enough for 5. I literally blocked the way to the toilet room. I had to get up at least three times in twenty minutes. We sat down. Was given menus, but never seen a server afterwards. There weren't even drinks. We went up twice to try to get service and was told someone would be over soon and nobody ever came. After 30 minutes not even getting drinks, we finally went out. We waited 75 minutes and received extremely bad service, which little service we got. Not to mention, the waiters spoke badly about customers and conjured up a storm. I hope all your locations are not like that.
It is regrettable how much this place has changed over the past ten years. The prepacked small salads are a real disappointment, and the burgers were only meh. Definitely not worth the price
Appropriately fast arrival of food, but it is overpriced for a generally mediocre experience. People were bad except my waitress. My shake was also watery, and it was overpriced like everything else on the menu.
The food is absurd about price and the bathrooms are dated. Although it's Cedar Point. Inside is beautiful and cool and the appearance is not bad.
Husband loves the food and the fact that they made it with no salt/seasoning. We've had too much salt at some places in the park which is a big turn off especially being on low sodium intake diet. You can't eat it. We've both worked enough food places we understand how stressful it's can be and how rude customers can get. Keep up the good work Johnny rockets.
