1% Fitness - Sandy

Love the convenience of these meals. Some of them are kind of bland, but pretty good for most. My biggest complaint is their website is to use a pain and extremely inconspicuous. It's hard to change your subscription.

Very recommended. I signed up for 1% a few months ago, but cancelled because I was burned on their menu and many ducks were dry. I took a chance and signed back a few months ago and they definitely set their game up! Great menu variety and I would say 8 out of 10 Entrees are delicious. They also started vacuum packaging that close in moisture and juices. Deliveries are always on time. Today I had pork carnitas. it was even better than Chipotle and let me write this review. Yeah, it's expensive, but you get what you pay. Delicious and healthy meals delivered. No grocery business. No dishes. No bad decisions that order unhealthy things in a restaurant.

I recently tried out 1% Fitness. The prepared meal I tried was super convenient and tasted way better then I was expecting. Sometimes healthy meals are bland and hard to stomach but the meal I had was great and I felt great after eating it. I also got a body composition scan. The results were interesting. The worker at 1% fitness talked with me about the results and told me if I get the body scan done again their machine would track my progress. The location is convenient and parking is plentiful.

If you?re having a hard time meal prepping. This is the place to go. They don?t give you the same thing. Everyday and week is different. They make healthy eating good. They have different plans to choose from. Pictures below are from the keto option.

I just started their meal prep service and am super happy about it! The food is delicious, well balanced, there's excellent variety and it makes eating healthy extremely easy. Picking up my meals was very quick and the people I spoke with were very nice and informative. They follow up really well on new plans through informative emails, as well as explaining everything when you pick up. Overall, I'm really glad I made the decision to order from 1% fitness.
