Costa Vida - Sandy

Lunch from here on DoorDash today. The order was correct and fast. It even had a thank-you letter from Kenya. Great to see such care and good customer service. I have been really impressed by the Costa Vida brand in recent years. They have developed a reputation for large foods with great service.

Good pork burrito. Service was fast. There's just something a little off about this brand. Coasta vida seems like if Cafe Rio cut every corner, but charged the same price. Wish I woulda got a weight picture but I was pretty hungry.

The staff were outstanding, especially a hilarious girl with black hair and a great sense of humor.

I apologize for the half-eaten food in the photo, but I couldn't resist—the nachos were absolutely delicious! Now, onto the review: I wanted to highlight just how responsive and friendly the staff were during my visit on July 22, 2021. Unfortunately, I didn't catch their names since it was a busy night, but they treated each customer with a personal touch. One customer ahead of me mentioned a previous bad experience, and the staff immediately assured them that this time would be different, which was really reassuring. Plus, one of the employees kindly helped me modify my order so I could enjoy some spicy salsa with my nachos (which, again, were amazing). If excellent customer service is important to you, this is definitely the place to go!

I didn’t have to wait to place my order when I arrived. The burrito was delicious, and I always recommend adding extra salad and pico de gallo. The steak was fantastic and so big that I ate the other half for dinner. Yum!
