Vessel Kitchen - Sandy

Great flavorful food that is not too heavy but filling. I have tried two different bowls. Food comes out super fast and hot. They give you a lot of meat. Love coming here when I want to eat a bit healthier.

Changing review after the business response. It honestly never crossed my mind that my meal portion got mixed up with a child's order. That is an understandable mistake. Should not rush to complain. Basing this solely on the food I would give it a 4. I did not love the carrots, as the name Thai spiced carrots sounded great, and I only did taste plain carrot. The mac and cheese and pulled pork both are great. I would try again only with a different second side. A takeout place that lists all dietary information is extremely nice to have, so I am happy to be able to get food from here in the future.

Extremely great awesome food. Unique. Tasty. Look at the pictures. All of it was fantastic. It’s a cross between Mediterranean and classic dishes you would make at home. It’s worth going out of your way to eat here. As a matter of fact, we will here again tomorrow night. Don’t miss it.

The food is excellent quality and always presented beautifully whether you eat in or get it to go. I'm pretty much never disappointed with Vessel's offerings.

I visited this restaurant for the first time and ordered the shredded chicken plate with macaroni and cheese, along with a broccoli and kale mix. The portion size was decent for $17 and the food was cooked fresh. However, the macaroni had a very light coating of cheese sauce, making it difficult to taste the cheese in the "macaroni and cheese." The broccoli and kale mix was interesting but had a slightly overpowering sour taste that made me stop eating it, despite my love for baked and crispy broccoli. The chicken was okay - hot and steamy but lacking in flavor. It seemed like the dish was intentionally made to be bland, which seems to be a trend in Utah. Overall, I may come back to try other items on the menu.
