Blue Moon Pizza - Sandy Springs

I really liked this place! it was kinda hard to get to but that’s because of construction. it was really good especially the fries and our waitress was very nice. the pizza was good and filling. would come again!

Since this place is close to my job I have ordered quite a bit from here. However, my last experience wasn't the best. I ordered online for my order to be ready by 4. I had an appt to get to, so I really needed to pick it up by 4:05 at the latest. I got there, and the guy says I'll be with you in a minute. He then proceeds to help the server at the bar. I'm uncertain what took place prior to my arrival. However, there was 1 person sitting at the bar. 1 person at a table, and I was at the front waiting to pick up my order. There were more people working than being served. He finally came back, and I got my food. But it wasn't as hot or good as normal. It also didn't help that their score was lower than I've even seen it. I'm going to have to take a break from here for a while. Maybe they'll get things together in a few months.

READ AND BEWARE: Food Very good Wait Times/Staffing Atrocious We were quoted 35 minutes for a pizza and it took 90. This is the third time in a row they’ve stated their “kitchen is a little short staffed”. Management: It’s time to change tactics. Your kitchen is short staffed because you won’t do what it takes to adequately staff it. Only you can fix this and I guarantee this is unfortunately costing you in the long term. We will, sadly, be taking our business elsewhere.

Called to verify an order placed online, got hung up on before they came back for confirmation. Called back, got confirmation the order would be correct. Got order and it was not correct. Called back to get the correct order sent, but was told we had to drive in and pick up the correct order from the store and pay for another pizza. We asked that it be comped, the lady on the phone said she would speak with the manager and placed us on hold until eventually someone hung up on us again. Will not order from there again, easy decision.

I had the best hostess and the best servers!! I made sure to get their names to write a good review. Rachel was so kind and sat us to our seat and made us feel very comfortable in the restaurant. Abby and Daphne were such hard workers and made sure we always had what we needed at all times!! Such amazing service
