Avaliação da contribuiçãoThis Dunkin' Donuts location, like others I've visited, has its ups and downs. Today, they unfortunately ran out of donuts and had trouble finding orders. I ordered a bagel, which was supposed to be good, but they still needed to prepare it for me when I arrived at the window, despite having placed my order online 15 minutes earlier (which included the time I spent waiting in the drive-thru line). Everyone on staff seemed to be working well together, but it appeared that they had a new crew that was still learning the ropes. I've also noticed that they seem to be understaffed lately.
This location (46 near Sanford/Lake Mary) was horrible! After standing inside, waiting nearly 10 minutes before being greeted I was asked to wait a minute while the drive thru was being serviced. I walked out totally disappointed and wondering how or why is this behavior allowed??? NEVER VISIT THIS LOCATION if you want good, speedy customer service. I 'd suggest Race Trac near I 4 for your donuts and coffee.
Long lines. Sometimes they randomly close the inside because of staffing issues. And the donuts are mediocre. Much better to go two miles up the road to a local place called Donuts To Go .
I visited this restaurant and was very disappointed by the lack of professionalism and leadership. After placing my order, I learned that they only had small and large cups available. I asked if I could have my medium drink in a large cup and just be charged for the medium, since they hadn’t restocked their supplies in time. The staff member was friendly and asked the manager, but the manager responded in a surprisingly rude tone, saying, "No!" They clearly don't value my business. Customer service is crucial, and corporate needs to seriously evaluate this location.
Horrible customer service! Super rude! I’ve given this exact Dunkin multiple different chances over about a year or two now. Every single time the staff is beyond rude, they can not get the orders right, each time I go there they have to re make my drink about three times each time I go there and it’s STILL not right. I just give up and leave. The foods always cold or made wrong. Also, the staff is barely even dressed in proper uniform, pants are sagging, hats are on sideways, shirts are stained and dingy. Not a respectable restaurant. I hope corporate steps in and handles this soon.
