Great food as always. Can never make up my mind, if I should get a pizza or steak. So I always get both and they never disappoint.

I would never order from them ever again I have never experienced such rude service by all staff who answered the phone when trying to chase up my order which was over 3hours late, after the fifth call was hung up on by staff and I was not even rude.. not a very nice experience not recommended.

Such a rude customer service. The lady even didn’t let us finish our order as I first said garlic pizza and she said the driver cannot only deliver this small orderOh come on let me finish my order first and she just hanged up my call. Are you serious ladyMy husband was regular customer at this place but from now we are never ever going to order again. Wish I could give them 0 star for their really bad customer service

I just called today at 22:30 lady was so rude not even listening to me , change your staff for god sake, she never let me speak i was asking her how much it will cost for delivery and without checking anything she just lost her mind , am a regular customer she was not even willing to check my phone number which is 95446444and for god sake guys close the shop if u can’t take orders

I love Big John’s. I get it delivered and I go there. The San Souci Pizza is the best! They don’t have the best table service… sometimes you wait 30 mins for food sometimes you wait 10 but I guess you aren’t eating the people! If they did wood fired I would be there all the time!
