I called and ask about create an account with them, was told a sales rep would call me and never happened.

Inguardia sells exclusively to the food service industry (not retail).Warehouse facility in Santa Ana is solar and HACCP Certified in addiiton to its custom construction for food distribution. More than 60 trucks in the fleet and are maintained by skilled in-house mechanics.Got a lucky shot on placement and color contrast by the fountain. Thanks to the Inguardia driver (I did not get his name). Always a delight walking in downtown Brea and having interview/photo ops, smiling now.

BEWARE ! THE HEADACHES.Extremely unreliable, they never have anything in stock. Their website, and app is absolutely garbage . Non of their products have actually pictures or described. You order something, because the system said it’s in stock, and then either the delivery guy forgets it usually he does , or it’s not in stock.Absolutely terrible, and I can’t emphasize this enough… terrible customer service. They never really offer alternatives, they usually rush you, and hang up, the tone they use is as if it’s you’re fault that things didn’t get delivered. I’m so sorry you’re life is that terrible that you ended up in a customer service position, and you choose to direct you’re frustrations at kitchen managers, and business owners that usually just want the products you ALREADY CHARGES US FOR, but didn’t deliver. The fact that this happens ALL THE TIME, and I find myself rushing to a Restaurant Depot, or Smart Final, because of items/ produce not being in stock, or never delivered makes using this produce company basically useless.This week alone Iv called Mayb every other day about not receiving two, or three items from my order.Iv been waiting MONTHS! MONTHS !!!!!!!!! To post this review, just hoping that Mayb they’re going through a ruff patch. I get it the supply chain is sh*t rn so I figured that’s what it was, but the fact that they have stuff in stock, and their delivery drivers are completely inadequate.Warning others is why Iv decided to post this.Iv now just started using WW Produce.Since I’m a local to SANTA ANA the convenience of placing a will call isn’t as useful as it was with Ingardia, but damn I hope their delivery system is better. I really do hope this helps someone not to use this company.Save yourself the headaches.Save yourself the sh*tty customer service experience.Save yourself the inconvenience of having to go to grocery store last minute for something you really need for service, and end up paying retail price.This company has gone so down hill.BEWARE !
