Kim's Drapery Blinds - Santa Ana

I read all these great reviews but definitely did not have the same experience as other reviewers. In January 2022, I discussed in detail with Kim that we wanted long drapes to pull back and show all our windows when open. When installed, the drapes literally covered one whole window on each side of our living room. For one side, Kim had the installer extend it. Sadly, the additional track is not in line with the original track so to open or close the drapes, i have to stand on a chair to push each ball across the jagged track. On the other window, she said the drapes would cover 6-9inches at maximum. They cover 3feet. She offered a wrap to just pull the drapes so you can see out the window. It's now July 2022 and we still don't have the wrap for the drapes and I have to text her every month to ask. She doesn't seem to remember or care at all. Also, we don't like the weird saggy ugly drape in our guest bathroom, but honestly I just can't deal with this company so we are just leaving it. We paid so much money for these drapes and we are less than happy. I could not recommend this company to any family or friends. It's just not a great experience at all. I was being nice and giving two stars because I hate writing bad reviews but I just can't believe that this company has so many good reviews. It's been so unpleasant. I hope to one day get the wrap for our living room curtains so we can finally be done. It's been 6 months!! Update 7/8/22- just texted Kim and she has of course forgotten about the tieback and says she doesn't have any more of the same material to use. Asking if she can use different material now and will just now START to make the tieback. It's July!! Changing to one star. Just a terrible experience.

We just finished an extensive remodel to our home with the final touch being the replacement of shutters for eleven windows and a pair of french doors. Kim Do and her team at Kim's Drapery Blinds did an amazing job from start to finish. They were very professional, timely and communicated well throughout the project. During the install the technicians took their shoes off each time they entered our home and cleaned up well once complete. I would highly recommend Kim's Drapery and Blinds!

I looked around and requested some quotes before I chose Kim’s Drapery and Blinds. Also, Jessica and Kim were very accommodating around my busy work schedule. Jessica thoroughly listened to what I wanted and gave me some fabric options to choose from. They have so many fabrics to choose from, thank goodness Jessica has a keen eye. Everything went smoothly from the consultation to the installation. I couldn’t be happier with my new curtains!

I took my RV front drapes to Kims. They helped me select the right material. I chose the blackout material for the curtains. They copied the curtains I Had in the RV perfectly. The curtains look really nice and are actually a much better quality than the old ones that came with the RV. Im sure these will last another 20 years. Good job really. Thank you Kims.

Where do I begin? I guess I'll start out by saying that I'm so happy to have found Kim on Yelp. I'd been looking for window coverings for my brand new home and wasn't finding the right products. After talking to at least 4 other companies I met with Kim and was impressed by her assortment of options as well as her keen eye for knowing exactly what I was looking for. Kim was so incredibly professional and accommodating. She delivered everything as promised and provided the best service ever. I highly recommend her. Price point was at least 50% less than that of her competitors and the materials were high end. Beautiful work.
