Jack In The Box - Santa Barbara

Open late, staff was friendly and nice restaurant is clean. Eating is not too bad. We need a quick bite to eat this is the place to go. Great place after drinking and eating a bite

All of my order was right. One of the rare places in S.B. with drive thru.

I'm not crazy about fast food outlets these days, but I like their teriyaki chicken dish with egg rolls.

It was Halloween night and I was behind 4 cars in the drive-thru . The wait was kinda long , so long that two of the vehicles in front of me left . It left me feeling like maybe they are closed . I had my window down and heard be right with you . 5 min went by, by this time I had several vehicles behind me and I couldn't leave. Finally I was at the order screen must have been two min before I heard be right with you . After a five minute wait my order was taken. When I arrived at the pick up window it appeared that it was one person taking orders and preparing the food couldn't see anyone else in the restaurant at all. The guy working looked kinda flustered like he was all alone. After waiting another 5 min for my order I drove a short distance home to find all my food was cold . Lesson learned should have left when I had the chance .
